Visit to Tate Modern

On the 23rd of October we visited Tate Modern.

Here are some images from our adventure; featuring amazing art, the impressive urban skyline of London and our young people exploring the use of digital technology as a way of engaging with art.

New Visions

Thanks to all the contributors to this new set of photographs. Don’t forget if you are one of our young curators you can send you votes to wyh@theburton.org and tell us (using the numbers for each picture) which are the 20 best photographs on this blog.

We plan to show 20 images chosen by our Young Curators, plus one selected by Buton curator Warren Collum.

: Three images taken on a scanner camera (made of a box brownie, a scanner and a laptop) they are each self portraits and express my inner feelings about my mental health and mental illnesses, which are depression, anxiety and PTSD. I often feel that my world is black and white, confused and scary.
